This quote stood out to me because it shows how Mary Fred has eased her way into her new family, and though Heather doesn't realize it now, Mary Fred is influencing her to behave better than she has ever acted before.

ReplyDeleteI agree that this quote shows how Mary Fred has really become apart of the family and their daily routines. Also I think this quote show how smart Mary Fred is. She was able to get Heather to help with the dishes when Alice could not.
Same here. I like how Mary Fred used techniques to grow close with her second family and in the end it did help! Heather got away from the television and Mary Fred and Heather were able to bond.
